Handy man come handy hero

Frankston's Jake Craddock has proven just how easy it is to help others on Crisis Heroes.

He came across a woman in the area who, on a disability support payment, wasn't able to mow her lawns. With a broken mower and whipper snipper, she posted on Crisis Heroes looking for a bit of help.

A thank you gift from the woman Jake helped.

Jake came across the woman's request for help and thought: "I had the equipment and the only thing I would lose was a bit of time and a tiny bit of fuel, so I thought 'why not help someone out and get their lawn back under control.' "

The handyman said the grass had grown to waist height. No matter the challenge, he got the job done.

Not only did Jake feel great for helping someone in need, he also walked away with a six pack of beer and some chocolates as a thank you.

Jake owns and runs JC HANDYMAN.*

*This is in no way an advert. We thought the least we could do for Jake's time, both for helping on Crisis Heroes and working with on this story, was name his business.

Get or give help at Crisis Heroes.

A successful marketing plan relies heavily on the pulling-power of advertising copy. Writing result-oriented ad copy is difficult.
